Sports Logo Assignment

For this assignment we had to trace either an NBA, NHL, or NFL logo and to colour it using illustrator. I chose the New Orleans Hornets NBA logo. I found this assignment both easy and frustrating at different times. It became difficult having to change edged lines into curved lines, and it took me a while to properly colour in the logo. As well, while finishing tracing the letters inside the body of the mascot, Illustrator froze and shutdown three times, only adding to the unnecessary frustration. While this project was a massive headache, I feel I am now more experienced and more confident in Adobe Illustrator. Here are three screenshots during the process.
